hey! it's a place to talk 'bout music & movies or art as you wrote, Pablo.
so please stop talking about politics, laws and things like that, especially with bad words. maybe you should make a new topic to talk about politics an argue there.

and please reccomend me some spanish music! ;D

i dont know if you had heard about the basque problem. well basque country is a region in the north of spain and thay have been fighting for their independence more than 1 hundred years is similiar as the problem with north ireland and england you know? , well in this place they speak a lenguage that is completly different, irati ,for instance, is so a weird name because is not a spanish name is a basque one. irati was born there! and well there are other regions in spain with independentist tendencies, catalunya for example is another independentist region , here they speak another different lenguage that is as similar to spanish as italian or french... maybe is less similar than italian xD

well these are our differences ,but this is the reason why we listen to some spanish music or more or less spanish music that is not in spanish



some bands:

extremoduro : spanish rock you should listen to them! good lyrics!
kortatu : do you know ska ? is a good genre! listen to them! basque
obrint pas : catalanish ,, ska-rock they are good!
russian red : incredible spanish music but in english

Barricada: (they're from Pamplona, the city where I was bornt) Rock, maybe a bit similar to Extremoduro.
Marlango: well, if you don't like punk and this kind of styles too much, this is pop-jazz, and it's in English : )
Skalariak: Ska, some of their songs are in basque.
Plexus: a great group! xD It's my cousin's old group, you won't find any of their songs on the Internet, although they have an album published... If you're interested I can send you some songs. They're in English, French and one, in Spanish.
And I don't know... I've just realised that I don't listen to too much Spanish music, and most of the Spanish groups I listen to are punk...

And for the next posts, we can also recommend music from other countries (international), not only from ours.

What group have you listened to?

Russian Red , Extremoduro & Obrint pas, I started with that what Pablo has wrote cause he was first ;p

So now it's my turn to write what i listen to My favourite bands:
Polish bands "Hey" and "Closterkeller"
Germany "Rammstein" and one song of Oomph!
And English (i don't know that but they sing in english ) Pain, 30 seconds to mars, Slipknot, Linkin Park and probably that's all

I haven't heard bout Closterkeller. what genre is it???

oh! you like czeslaw spiewa? how great. I was at his concert on summer. he's soooo sweet and he speaks polish with so funny accent. and lyrics of his songs are poetry made at one of forums in the internet by people. you know, someone writes one line, someone else another and the poem is done! xDD
